1 Introduction

Welcome to f99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and f99 ("f99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the f99 online gaming platform available at f99.run and through the f99 mobile application.

f99 is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a range of gaming products including fishing games, bingo, spin games, slot games, and live casino titles. All games on f99 are available exclusively for entertainment and real-money gaming by eligible registered players.

2 Eligibility

To register and use f99, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of f99 or any of its affiliated companies.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

f99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on f99. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on f99, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. f99 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether by you or by any other person who has accessed your account with or without your permission — is your responsibility.

f99 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from f99 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to f99 support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits

f99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your f99 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum deposit on f99 is ৳5. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though f99 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. f99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• f99 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside f99's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your f99 account. Contact f99 support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made in error.
• f99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit activity as part of its compliance obligations.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from f99 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. f99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

For fully verified accounts, f99 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for standard withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. f99 may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification before processing a withdrawal.
• f99 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• f99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once your account has passed the required KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on f99 — including fishing games, bingo titles, spin games, slot games, and live casino products — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) figures published on each game page on f99 are verified through third-party audit and accurately reflect the long-term statistical payout rate of each game.

Game outcomes on f99 are determined at the moment of play and are final once confirmed by the f99 system. f99 does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction where the game outcome was materially affected by the error.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, f99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game on f99. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and exploit techniques.
• f99 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of game manipulation, collusion, or exploitation of a software error.
• Each game on f99 has its own specific rules accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

f99 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active on your f99 account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• f99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, f99 will honour any wagering already completed toward the bonus requirements.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse the f99 bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on f99. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on f99, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using f99 for any money laundering activity or any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with f99 games or the f99 platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in f99 games or the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any f99 game.
• Attempting to access another player's f99 account without authorisation.
• Using f99 in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward f99 staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

f99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under f99's responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, f99 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player's voluntary closure request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Privacy and Data

f99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on f99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f99 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

f99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. f99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures outside f99's reasonable control.

13 Changes to These Terms

f99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, f99 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of f99 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
